01 · The challenge

Calder's carts undergo hundreds of aggressive wash cycles. Any crevice in a weld, or inconsistent surface, becomes a cleaning failure.

02 · What we did

Tube is laser-cut and fish-mouthed for tight fit, welded with orbital-style TIG and back-purged, then electropolished and passivated to ASTM A967 by our audited partner.

03 · The result

Frames passed 500-cycle washdown validation on the first attempt and five cart variants now share a single fixture family.

“First supplier who understood that a weld is a hygiene feature, not just a joint.”
